Can't tolerate any fat at all

Is it normal not to tolerate any fat at all at the start of a flare up? My flare up started two weeks ago, and I can't handle even the tiniest amount of fat. Not even a thin layer of butter on bread, it takes about five minutes, and then I get gas and loose stools. I know you're not supposed to eat butter and such, but I’m desperate to get some calories in since I’m already malnourished. I’m worried that I won’t be able to tolerate fat again, is it normal not to tolerate even a little fat with gastritis? Around when were you able to start tolerating slightly fattier foods again? I saw the doctor today, they always say I should just eat normally but in small portions and avoid the usual things they warn against. I try to explain that it’s impossible because everything just runs right through me as soon as I’ve eaten. I had blood tests done today and everything looked good, a stool sample shows that I don't have H. pylori. I'm scheduled for a gallbladder ultrasound soon, followed by a gastroscopy in 3–6 months. It worries me that I can't tolerate any fat at all, is it just me? or is this normal during an early flare up?

Mac Harmony blush

I tried mac harmony powder blush and it looks so nice on me, I'm completely obsessed with it now. It's neither pink or orange on me, exactly what I want. But I saw now that it has been discontinued, I've had such a hard time finding a blush I like and then I found this blush at home that I was completely sold on. I'm cool-neutral, have a lot of rosiness in my face and therefore don't want a blush to look pink on me. Do you know any blush that is similar to harmony? The formula doesn't matter, as long as it is similar to Mac Harmony powder blush.

Cool toned or cool-neutral?

Can you tell if I'm just cool-toned or am I a bit of a cool neutral? I'm low contrast, soft summer and I also have a bit of rosy undertones. I have a hard time putting on makeup, all I know is that I look terrible with mascara and I try to do my makeup without it. I don't really understand what blush to wear, does the blush in the picture look good on me or is it too pink? It's rare beauty encourage, also wondering if the lip color looks good? it's mac faux with mac stone lipliner. I'm trying to find makeup that suits me, but it's hard when I don't know what suits me. I don't use mascara, bronzer, and I don't have any eyeshadow that suits me. If anyone can help me based on the picture and what I've written, I'd be grateful for any tips on makeup products. I want tips on eyeshadows, blushes and lip products. Nars chantilly concealer is my favorite, Nars Oslo is too pink and Mac Syrup lipstick looks a bit bad on me. I love MAC products but would love to hear suggestions for other brands too!
