Hey guys! I'm not sure if this is a question or enforcement ban... but I'll just put it as Ip/hardware ban. I recently found out that my sibling got banned back in May for terrorism and extremism so I don't know if thats why they keep banning us? My other sibling literally got terminated today. is this a IP ban? Maybe it's best to just step away from Roblox for now... I'm going to ask my mother to help send a certified mail.. lemme know what you guys think

I got an enforcement ban during july because of one of my siblings getting banned due to terrorism and extremism. They havent appealed and their account is still banned but I am completely innocent!

I dont know if we used the same email on our accounts but we did share wi-fi, IP address, and devices before the ban...

After a few unsuccessful appeals, I already got my mom to appeal for me and we even contacted them from the billing email on our account. They replied a few hours and said they cant adjust it due to the severity of the ban but we already said that I'm a completey different person!

I will attach the photo below but I just wanna know if theres still hope of my acc get unbanned... I also believe the reason they aren't accepting my appeals is because of the severity of the ban...? Just let me know any tips or if someone has the same problem as me rn... i'm really devastated (´- `*)
