Thin, fine hair - balayage or not

Hey everyone. I've never had thick or dense hair, but over the last 4-5 years it has gone way worse. I have a lot of baby hairs, but the long hairs keep falling down. I used to have balayage done every year (once a year), but without bleach to avoid further damage. I liked how I looked and I think it created an illusion of volume. But after the last time, the hair shedding was so bad that I stopped. That was 2 years ago. Now I wonder whether I should have balayage done again or it will only make my hair thinner. What do you think?

The first 4 pictures with the bob are now, right after showering, and the last 2 are from 2019/2020.

Hey everyone.

I currently use Band 6. I really like it, the only downside is that when I use it on my walking pad, it pauses the workout every few seconds. Apparently not enought arm movement as it expects. Apart from that all ia good. Even when my screen detached, I fixed it with superglue and continued using it.

But the battery suddenly went bad. For the past few weeks it doesn't last more than 2-3 days. So I decided it's time for upgrade.

The issue is I have a really thin wrist. Even the 6 is slightly vertically big, I use the second to last whole on the wristband. From all I read Band 10 has better sensors, but it's also bigger. Should I go for the 9 then, or vertically wise they are not that different? And also, would the 10 be compatible with 9's running clip? I suppose that would work better with the walking pad.
