Can you tell what I'm up to this evening?

If you guessed fixing ID3 tags and album art, then you'd be right. I've neglected this for years. 900GB of music and all that. For anyone else doing this, give MusicBrainz Picard a try. It's pretty good at pulling missing tags and art. Not perfect, but still a timesave. And yes, just like the old days my iPod is named Titanic.

My main iPod is an iPod Classic 5.5 with a 512GB MicroSD, heavily modified iPhone 13 3000mAh battery I hacked to fit, clear case, internal bluetooth, haptics with a taptic engine. All the goodies.

Successfully got my 6 year old into it!

She's been wanting to play for years, but I moved to the US 8 years ago so it's more expensive and harder to find. However, recently went back to the UK to visit my family and found this set from the late 80's brand new in box at my hometown's local model shop! Must have walked past this a thousand times as a child lol

I was scrolling through some old photos on my home server, and...

Man. This was taken in 2018 when I moved to the US from the UK. I already had and still have my £1 copy of Silent Hill (PAL). I remember seeing this in Vintage Stock and laughing at how expensive and overpriced it was. I just did a quick check on eBay, and these are now going for $200-$250. I shouldda bought it at the time as an investment lol

Entresto Question

Hello! I'm a 35yo male. I had HFrEF back in 2022 with 22% EF due to covid. I have been taking 97-103mg Entresto as well as Carvedilol (switched to Metoprolol ER succinate), Jardiance, Ozempic and Eplerenone and Ozempic. I also take rosuvastatin for borderline (but normal) LDL.

I have mild non-obstructive CAD. Former smoker, quit 3 years ago. I am a tee totaller and don't drink or do drugs

I ran out of my supply of brand name Entresto about 6-7 weeks ago and switched to generics. For the past 5 weeks or so I've been more fatigued, and my BP is more elevated again. I don't think my body is properly absorbing the generics. Is this common?

For added info, I do excercise and eat well and manage my lifestyle well. I dropped 150lbs in 3 years too
