Harbor protocol when seaplanes take off between cruise ships?
Serious question from a non-pilot. What is the protocol in a busy harbor with several large cruise ships docking and seaplanes taking off simultaneously? Same question for landings obviously. In this case Juneau AK. Is there a harbor frequency where the seaplanes advise ship crews of their intentions or vice versa? Thanks

Switched to a new phone, can't sign in to gmail
I switched from an iPhone 16 to a 17. I sign in with the correct e-mail and password (and phone number). Then the google system sends a confirmation message TO MY GOOGLE E-MAIL to confirm ... but of course I can't sign in. Endless loop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
