Restyling dolls as a hobby helped me get out of alcoholism. It's helped with my cptsd. Art can be anything--the clothes that people make are absolutely insane--& playing is just as important as resting. Even if you can't have long curly pink hair (im bald LOL) you can still express femininity and have fun enjoying your own company and that of others even in an online community. 💗
