Intuitive energy work and guided energy work
Hi, friends! I have been on my spiritual journey since 2019. I will spare all of the details, but only recently have I started getting into energy work (or back into, but with a true, fiery passion for it). Most of what I have practiced has been intuitive, but I have looked into some guided resources here, on YouTube, and on TikTok (though I have recently deleted that app).
Some of the things I have been doing:
- Lay down on my bed, one hand placed on my chest, one placed on my belly, trying to get into a meditative state or theta brain wave state
- From here, I have wanted to try astral projection, for a long time. The most I can move are my hands/arms. I am aware they are physically placed onto me, but I can feel myself moving my fingers and lifting my wrists. I cannot seem to advance past this. I would love tips/resources!
- Once I'm in the state I listed in the first bullet, I try to find and reprogram some subconscious beliefs. ("I am not enough. I lack so much. I will never be happy." to "I am enough. I have everything I need in life. I have so many reasons to be happy." And after each thought, I think of evidence I have, in real life, to back up each new thought - even if it is REALLY tiny).
- I try to really stay in the state of happiness, contentment, fulfillment while in the meditative state. Sometimes my thoughts drift, sometimes it feels like it is too challenging to think positively on a hard day. I have noticed that results linger longer when I do this consistently, though.
- Telekinesis. If you do not believe this, please do not fight me. I know how this sounds; I also used to think it was absurd. I watched the documentary Super Human, and though it was poor quality, I enjoyed the content and did some digging. I could not get this down for a LONG time, but I realized our limiting beliefs are what stop us from actually achieving success. You must believe, with every fiber of your being, that you are capable of this for it to work; there cannot be doubt. I really love this, because it shows me that our thoughts truly can impact our reality in a physical way.
- For a bit more context, I have only used tinfoil. I place a folded, small piece of tinfoil onto a needle, stuck into a candle or cardboard. I cover it with a glass cloche, focus on my intention, remove feelings of doubt, desperation, and impatience with calmness, certainty, and excitement. There are times it has taken WELL over an hour, and there are days I am unsuccessful (usually in a bad headspace), but it is so exciting to watch the piece of foil spin, to feel such love, fulfillment, excitement, and oneness.
- Talking to the trees! I love that this is becoming more mainstream. They do fill us with good energy, they do listen, they will touch our face, they will take care of us. Giving them an offering is kind, even if just a splash of water. I feel so awkward doing this in public spaces, but you can feel a difference.
All of this to say, I am not perfect, I don't have a 100% success record with all of these, or with keeping a positive attitude, or resonating, frequently, at a high-vibrational energy. I am a human, after all!
But I would love any tips from those of you who are consistent in your practice, consistent in attracting positivity and abundance through positive thought, and consistent in staying in a high-vibrational frequency. Whether you have figured this out from your own intuition, or you can direct me to a website or a YouTube channel, I would love the help and guidance!
