Best FFIX Tips for a 100% Run

I grew up playing Final Fantasy IX, and it's still one of my favorite games ever. I haven't played it in a long time, but recently I've been getting the itch to dive back in.

This time, though, I want to make it my "ultimate" playthrough. I'm planning to go for the Platinum trophy and complete as much of the game as possible, so I'd love to hear any tips you guys have.

I'm looking for pretty much anything: the best places to farm EXP/AP/Gil, the best gear for each character, strong builds, the best party setups, missable content, useful side quests, hidden mechanics... basically anything that can help.

I'd also like to get the absolute most out of every character. If there are specific stats I should focus on or the best ways to optimize each character, I'd love to know. For example, I assume Vivi becomes an absolute monster if you maximize his Magic stat, but I'd love to hear how experienced players usually build everyone.

Basically, throw all your FFIX knowledge at me! I'm hoping this will be my definitive playthrough, so any advice, tips, or hidden tricks are more than welcome.

PS: I know Excalibur II needs a "rush" playthrough so just dont consider it

Penshot build for a newbie

I’m new to the Diablo franchise and just started playing Diablo 4 with the latest update. I really like the Rogue playstyle, so that’s the class I decided to main. Since I’m still learning the game, I’ve been following builds from sites like Maxroll, D4Builds, and Mobalytics.

So far, I’ve been playing the Dance of Knives Grenade build and had pretty solid progression with it, managing to reach around Pit 90. The problem is that I’ve hit a wall there and started looking for another build. That’s when I found the Penshot build, which seems to be the current meta.

My issue is that, even while following the guides, my damage dropped drastically after switching. On top of that, I’m constantly running out of Energy while using Penshot, which lowers my DPS even more to the point where I’m struggling to clear Pit 70 now.

I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding the build rotation, missing some important stats/interactions, or if I just got too used to the Grenade build, which was basically holding down right-click and clearing everything.

Could anyone give me some tips on how to properly play this build? What skill rotation should I be using, and which stats should I prioritize? I’ve watched videos of people playing Penshot and they seem to spam it nonstop, while I can barely sustain it at all.
