Honestly I was interested in the ecosystem but how the trial band is positioned feels so bait and switch. Maybe I should have read the fine print if it was even present. The return label is almost double the initial shipping. It isn’t explicit that I would be forced to pay for return shipping or be charged $150 if I didn’t like the product.

I feel like whoop’s business model is attract as much new business but lock-in or make leaving as inconvenient as possible.

They should focus on producing the best possible product experience to keep retention.
