New to Monday for PM in Event Planning - currently to much manual tracking

**Professionals in Membership Organizations: How are you using Monday.com + AI to streamline event management?**

I work in a membership organization and manage a variety of business-focused events (networking programs, workshops, annual meetings, leadership events, etc.). We're using Monday.com, and I'm starting to explore Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, but I feel like I'm only scratching the surface when it comes to improving event operations and efficiency.

I'm particularly interested in how others are using **Monday.com automations, AI features, integrations, dashboards, and workflows** to manage events more effectively.

Some areas I'm curious about:

- Event timelines and project management

- Run-of-show and day-of-event execution

- Speaker, sponsor, vendor, and volunteer coordination

- Registration tracking and attendee management

- Automated reminders, notifications, and follow-ups

- Managing multiple events simultaneously

- Post-event surveys, reporting, and analytics

- Board, committee, and stakeholder visibility into event progress

For those using Monday.com, what automations or workflows have been game changers?

What repetitive tasks have you been able to eliminate? How are you using AI and Monday.com together? Do you have dashboards or board structures that provide better visibility into deadlines, deliverables, and event readiness?

I'm looking for practical, real-world examples that have helped improve efficiency, reduce administrative work, and keep events on track.

**What's been your highest-ROI Monday.com automation, workflow, or AI use case for event planning and execution?** 👇

Professionals in Membership Organizations: What’s the most useful way you’re using AI for event logistics?

I work in a membership organization and manage a lot of business-focused events (networking events, workshops, annual meetings, etc.). I've been experimenting with Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, but I feel like I'm probably missing a lot of opportunities to work smarter. For context, We primarily use M365, Monday.com and Growthzone.

I'm not really looking for generic "write an email" or "create social media posts" examples.

I'm more interested in how you're using AI for the operational side of event planning:

•Managing timelines and project plans

•Building run-of-show documents

•Coordinating vendors, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers

•Tracking event tasks and deadlines

•Handling registration data and attendee communications

•Creating staffing plans and event-day checklists

•Taking meeting notes and tracking action items

•Post-event reporting, surveys, and follow-up

What AI workflows, prompts, automations, or Copilot features have genuinely saved you time?

What task used to take hours that now takes minutes?

I'd love real-world examples from people managing multiple events, programs, and stakeholders at once.

My goal is to find practical ideas I can implement right away to reduce administrative work and improve event execution.

Sincerely,

Events Director drowning in August work

Dupe or affordable alternative for Saturday Skin Probiotic Power Whipped Cream?

I’ve been using the Saturday Skin Probiotic Power Whipped Cream and really like it. The texture is super lightweight/whipped but still hydrating and it gives a nice plump, healthy look.

I’m hoping to find something more budget-friendly or available at drugstores with a similar feel/effect.

Ideally looking for something that:

•has a light, airy/whipped texture

•hydrates well without feeling heavy or greasy

•works for normal → combo skin

•bonus if it contains ferments/probiotics (but not required)

Any recommendations or near-dupes would be really appreciated. Thank you!
