Hello, I’m a new FY1 and OH took me off evenings and nights due to medical reasons as my seizures are generally well controlled but are provoked by sleep disturbances. I’m very private about my health and diagnosis and I know that colleagues will notice I’m not doing nights. Does anyone have any advice on how to navigate questions or comments on the issue?
