Has anyone else experienced an increase in dental issues? Over the course of the last 7 years since being diagnosed my cavities are bad. I brush, water-floss, regular floss, you name it. It’s so frustrating because I had such nice teeth after braces and now I’m riddled with cavities in all of my back teeth.
How often does your heart rate get over 200? I came really close today and it freaked me out.
How do yall fight fatigue? Im so exhausted all day everyday. I get up in the morning and have absolutely no energy. I don’t want to get out of bed. I’m literally dragging myself. Halfway through the day I’m crashing I just want to nap. I’m in college, I take online courses and it’s been so incredibly difficult to stay focused. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
