So I just got my protocol for my upcoming IVF. Low and behold the one month I need my period to be on time I'm 10 days late and negative tests 🙃 so annoying as it will push back me starting even more. My periods are usually bang on 24-25 days so this is odd for me.

I have severe endometriosis and my AMH is 0.4 pmol/l. My protocol appears pretty basic to what I have seen others on? Has anyone had any success with a protocol like mine.

Day 2 of period start

Ovaleap 350 IU

Day 3 of period start

Buserelin 0.5 mg

Potentially day 12

HCG trigger Zivafert

Day 14

Egg retrieval

This is my first egg retrieval so can't advocate for myself until I know if this is going to be the best protocol for me but just seems very basic compared to what I have seen others be on? Especially with severe endometriosis I thought I would be on a longer protocol.

So I have already had to cut my DHEA down from 75mg to 25mg a day due to extreme hot flushes and acne. But I am worried it has messed up my cycle as well. I'm usually anywhere between 22-25 day cycles so on the shorter side but since starting DHEA I'm over the 35 day mark and I'm testing like crazy but still negative. I do not think they tested my levels but I had like 13 different blood vials taken before the hospital put me on it. I never got any of the results back, still chasing them from hospital since march 🙄 supposed to be starting ivf this month but with no sign of my period I feel it's going to be delayed. This is my first time doing IVF so I'm already feeling nervous and overwhelmed. Never had a cycle this long before. Has anyone experienced this with DHEA?

Has anyone taken DHEA and all of a sudden started having extreme hot flushes? It's waking me up at least 4x a night and at random points throughout the day. I'm always cold, Always! I'm usually fully clothed with fluffy socks kind of girl in bed 😂 So this is new for me where I'm having to strip off with no quilt even though it's cold. The only thing I have changed in my routine is DHEA 50mg in preparation for egg retrieval. But my brain has automatically gone straight to perimenopause, I'm only 30 and my bloods do not point to perimenopause yet. Everywhere I have read said hot flushes isn't a common side effect so just wondered if anyone else has had this.
