Setting up ad for a real estate client

Hey there I'm new with Meta Ads. I have a friend who need leads for his real estate project, he typically needs 3-5 leads per day. We've shot a good video creative, and since I'm an editor too, I've taken care of the editing part nicely.

My question is, what budget shall i set because this is very first time of me using Meta Ads. Does ₹300/day will work?
Moreover, I've seen my manager placing ad at Rs. 300 daily budget and Cost per lead is Rs. 22, so how excellent it is, if yes, how to replicate it?
