I completely broke the screen and touch screen of my Pixel 7a with Grapheneos. How do I back it up? I'm also missing the 12-word SeedVault password, but the login is still there on the phone (more relevant details in the post).

I'm such a loser that the phone didn't even break its screen, but directly—pardon the ignorant term—"under the screen" with two big cracks after I applied a new film, perfectly identical to the one I had before, which was completely destroyed. Even with that, even throwing the phone on the floor, the screen never broke.

The phone doesn't have ADB/Debugging enabled, for sure, because I know that, but it does have a backup on SeedVault. I literally tore my bedroom apart trying to find the "12 words" to decrypt it, searching in every possible area, which obviously I didn't find. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here, since I had everything backed up there and would have solved the problem.

For two days, I haven't even been able to access my email (now I can), and currently I've only been able to access the NextCloud server (with my login details), where I have some data, including SeedVault in the Cloud (the one I mentioned before) and also my Joplin notes, which I recovered entirely.

The eSIM is still on the broken pixel, and I don't have a phone to put it in, but luckily I have another phone (a dumbphone, the Doov R77) with a separate SIM. Of course, I had just topped up the main broken phone twice by mistake, and if I don't convert it to a normal SIM, I'll lose those 20 euros of credit, and since I'm short on money, I'd rather not spend anything (I have Iliad here in Italy, and converting it to a physical SIM takes almost a month in one of those "dud" Iliads that cause a lot of problems, but I won't reveal everything, especially since I already did it in 2024 and I know what problems they could cause; just ask if you want).

The Pixel is already two and a half years old, and one speaker is dead, and the other is almost dead. So now that the touchscreen and screen are both broken, I'm certainly not going to fix it for the sake of data, since it's not a huge amount of data, but there's something important in there...

The real question is: Given my desperation, given that if I were to fix this "wreck" (it breaks my heart to call it that; it's the nicest phone I've ever owned, but now it's literally trash) for, well, €100, it wouldn't be worth it, is there any way to get this data out, view the phone's screen on a monitor with a mouse, or at least find or change the 12-word password from SeedVault, since I have everything there? Or do you have any way I can do something useful for me? I've already tried connecting a USB-C hub with HDMI, but nothing works because the Pixel 7a is the last device to not support HDMI output, and also because I've disabled all USB connections except for charging, even with the device unlocked (I'm an idiot...).

Thank you so much for helping me, because I'm desperate. My roommates are seriously starting to look at me with my room turned upside down.
