34M, 90+kg. Just got my vitamin D blood test done.

For the past months, I’ve experienced intense fatigue, malaise, headaches, nausea, muscle tingling or neuropathy etc. Full blood count came back normal except low neut. Two visits to the haematologist and multiple GP visits none have been able to pinpoint what’s wrong with me. I’ve heard vitamin deficiency could cause my symptoms but I’m keen to investigate if this low levels could be driven by something more serious.

I have to admit that I spend less time in the sun. I leave for work at dawn, work in the office and return home at dusk. Maybe this is it or something more serious going on with me.
