Converge with Sky TV
I upgraded my Sky TV plan from Standard to Premium, and the billing was already updated to the Premium rate. The problem is that the channel lineup still hasn’t changed. Most of the channels are still the same as the Standard plan, while several Premium channels are either missing, unavailable, or showing no signal.
I already tried rebooting the TV box and checking the connection multiple times, but the issue is still ongoing. It’s frustrating getting billed for Premium service when the Premium channels aren’t even accessible yet.
Customer support confirmed that the upgrade is already active on my account, but the actual channels say otherwise. Has anyone experienced the same thing? How long did it take before the Premium channels became available?
