Is it normal? It doesnt sit perfectly flush with the LR4 on one side. Even with no bag. Im worried odors can seep out like that. Does everyones do that? Customer care said it was normal but offered to send a replacement. Idk i feel like it should be a tight seal!

My guy is 7 years old! Just occurred to me he is technically a senior even though hes just as energetic and agile as he was when I got him at 1 years old. People are always shocked when I tell them his age. I want to keep him as youthful as I can for as long as I can . Are there any things that yall have been doing for prevention and longevity?
