Amazing Strawberry Pecan Salad
I was craving a "sweet" salad today. I got this baby from Cotton Patch Café: Spring mix, strawberries, bleu cheese, parmesan, candied pecans, and raspberry-walnut vinegairette.

Long-time Jeep driver (Grand Cherokee), who had a brief Range Rover Evoque relationship that ended badly. I was eyeing the Wranglers, and then this beauty caught my eye. I can't wait to get back into mods. I am enjoying all the cool things I am seeing here 🤙 (Last photo is my photobomb mother being scrambled out 🤣)

The countdown has begun. I will have completed my longest fast in less than 24 hours. My previous record was 11 days. I don't fast for weight loss, but for prediabetes and hypertension (so no weigh-ins). My highest A1c was 5.8. After my last extended fast, it came down to 5.4. Blood pressures have come down from 140s/90s to 120s/80s. I plan to break my fast with some Hibachi clear soup, then gradually add eggs, and then white fish for at least a week. I will transition into a keto (mostly carnivore) diet afterwards. Happy fasting everyone.
I've been collecting since I was a kid. I've always been drawn to the natural/raw crystals/stones. These three in particular have become my personal favorites.
I recently submitted a dispute to Experian through CFPB for a charge-off that was reported monthly for several months and re-aging the account. Experian reported, "We reviewed the complaint you submitted and sent it to the company for a response. The company let us know that it cannot respond to the issues raised in this complaint through this process." Does this mean they refused to investigate the account? What would be my next steps through CFPB? It was my understanding that if a dispute is not addressed or updated, the account should be deleted. However, it seems like nothing was done through CFPB. Advice would be much appreciated!
