"you don't need to be worried about what I'm doing do your job". My reaction

I find it funny when I find someone doing something that they are not supposed to be doing on the property that I'm patrolling and they hit me with "don't worry about what I'm doing" or "mind your business, do your job" or just "why don't you go do your job"

My brother/sister in Christ, my job is to observe and report and you are doing something worthy of my observation so I am going to observe and I am going to report and yes you are on camera.

My favorite incident of this happening is when I found someone in the staircase of a brand new construction, no one was supposed to be in the building yet and I found this person in the top landing of the stairwell. When I approached them I said "hey, how are we doing? You know, you're not supposed to be in here" and they looked up at me all offended like I'm the one doing something wrong and hit me with "you don't need to be worried about what I'm doing, why don't you go do your job". This actually made me laugh on the inside because in this situation I am the very last person that you want doing their job. So I told him to get up and get out while calling the police and and getting on the radio to get one of my supervisors to come out just in case things go south.

The entire time that I am escorting them out of the building they're going on a rant about how I need to do my job and I need to mind my own business and I'm only doing this because I'm bored and got nothing to do and I dropped out of the Police academy. That last struck me as even more funny because I never went to the Police academy, I never tried to become a police officer, but now you get to meet people who actually did. Long story short the police showed up my supervisor showed up and the person that was trespassing got arrested and got a permanent criminal trespass.
