Input wanted!

Hello! I want to get out on the water as much as possible and buy my first boat. I stumbled up two boats around the same price that I’m drawn to. Sea Sprite 23 and Pearson P-26. Both are lovely and well maintained about 5k. My goals are to learn sailing, do some overnighters as I improve and maybe extended trips in the future. I’m located in the puget sound. I’d like to be able to take folks sailing with me, have my dog and lady on board etc. I’m just curious if anyone has an opinion on this as I’m researching it to death. Most important factors are to get out on the water, learn, explore and build community. For now I just want the boat that makes me say “yeah I want to go sailing today”. Thanks for the input!

Beginner Recs

Greetings! I’m super stoked. I posted on a Facebook page and had a great guy accept me to help crew his racing boat! I have no experience sailing- so I was basically seeking some free lessons by offering a hand and hope to make some friends. I didn’t initially realize I was signing up for a whole season of racing! He’s gonna take me out to practice a bit but I thought I’d post here - any recommendations on good books, videos or resources so I can sorta seem like I know a few things? I like to nerd out on things when I start them. Thank you in advance! All tips appreciated.

BB question

Greetings! Finishing up week 5 of base building, I’m headed to Greece next week for 2.5 weeks. My goal is to be consistent and not miss anything, but I think getting in Max strength as protocol requires (week 6-8) will be a challenge do to being in various locations without equipment. Just wondering should I just extend my E and SE sessions 2 weeks and then get into week 5? And if so should I keep the SE reps high around 50? Or better to drop? I may be overthinking this. Just curious on opinions. Cheers!

Check out @Sensitive.Chaos.Tattoo!

Been sitting on this Lord of the Rings idea for a while. Handpoked by Isabelle, downtown at Cloudroom Tattoo! Figured she deserved a shoutout here. :) Couldn’t be more stoked!
