Any basic guidance or strong do's / don'ts for starting off? I know very little, but got the game on sale and decided to give it a whirl. Please be spoiler free, as I definitely love investing into story and deep game mechanics.

This place is hell to get 5 starred. The standard orders are tiny (100 - 300 likes for an S-tier delivery), it has trouble refreshing, and there's very few random lost cargo locations for it. This place is significantly trickier to max than Mr. Impossible.
