extreme verbal abuse by mock interviewers in SSB coaching institutes normal/acceptable?
Hey everyone,
I recently had a mock interview at an SSB coaching institute, and the interviewer (who claims to be a former IO) used severe vulgar slurs and personal threats against me during the session (exact words included heavy profanity like bhosdike, gand faad dunga, etc.).
I understand that stress testing, rapid-fire questions, and cross-examination are part of the real SSB interview to test candidates' composure under pressure. However, is extreme street-level verbal abuse actually a thing in real SSB interviews at selection boards (like Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bangalore, etc.)? Or is this just toxic, unprofessional behavior unique to certain private coaching academies?
