i'm currently in a difficult financial situation and need around ₱500k to settle my existing debts.
i'm currently trying to sell my property to pay everything off, but i haven’t found a buyer yet. i've also tried applying for loans, but unfortunately, i keep getting declined.
i'm hoping to find someone who may be willing to lend me the amount temporarily while i work on selling the property. i'm willing to discuss the terms, repayment schedule, and provide proper documentation or proof of the property sale. i'm a full time employee earning ₱70k a month.
