Hi guys, this is my first post in this sub, and I want to know how to help my girlfriend.

We're dating for 3 months, and sometimes she says that she feels like something is wrong, like whenever we're together, something bad is going to happen to her.

She's been in some toxic relationships before, and I believe that's part of the cause of it. I don't really know how to make her feel safe and help her overcome this fear, I love her and I just want her to be okay.
