Where should I apply to for 2027 entry

I want to apply to either economics, economics&philosophy or PPE. First 2 being my preference though.

I achieved 9987777666 at GCSE (8 maths 7 English language). Predicted 2 astars in economics, English literature and A in maths (I still have to time to change my maths prediction since we have now started y13 content). Context: I think I’m contextual for some unis but not all and I also have extenuating circumstances for my GCSEs.

Because of my ‘low’ GCSEs I’m think of applying to economics as a high entrance exam score may make me more competitive but none of the unis I want to apply to (except from UCL) require it/consider it for contextual applicants and the test is extremely difficult anyways. Or should I better my chances and apply to less competitive economics joint degrees (this is for the super competitive unis though). Is it risky to apply to 2 different courses? Could a strong personal statement increase my chances at top unis?

Unis I’m considering: UCL, Warwick, Bath, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Durham. I also don’t know what a good safety is, not too safe I wouldn’t want to go.
