Are these prices normal nowadays? (Shocked by current rep prices after a long break)

I’m looking for some advice or a reality check. A few years ago, I used to buy from an amazing seller who had incredible quality for really competitive prices. Unfortunately, she stopped selling replicas a while ago.
I’ve recently started looking around again for a reliable seller with good quality and fair pricing, but I’m honestly shocked by the prices being quoted right now.
For example, I was quoted €180 (including shipping to the Netherlands) for this Chanel top, and €300 for this Zimmermann dress.
Is this the new normal nowadays, or am I looking in the wrong places? I’d love to hear your thoughts on current pricing, and if anyone has recommendations for reliable sellers who aren't overcharging, please let me know (or feel free to DM me).
