Got a booking at Bennelong and looking to do the three course menu. Not a stranger to fine dining, but only going for a laugh and I’ve read the reviews here that it’s hit and miss and it’s mainly for view / ambience. I’ve been to vue de monde and the food was mid at best but the vibe was great so can’t complain haha.
A few questions:
Aussie here, been drinking iced long blacks daily and at 6$ a cup it’s not worth it. Bought a coffee concentrate and that tastes pretty solid. Now thinking if I should just start making cold brew myself or just continue buying the concentrated cold brew?

I'm going to be buying a tab tomorrow but im wondering whether i should get the 12gb or 16gb version.
My use case is as an engineer on site. On the go note taking. Drawing review (pdf) autocad dwg viewer for 3d models and DXF. photo taking. and some multimedia use.
Is the 16gb ram overkill?
