We are currently running a Enterprise SaaS business targeting event planning space in India, and I'm looking to connect with a fresher who would like to work closely with the founding team and be involved in building the business from an early stage.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to commit themselves to building something at an early stage. You'll work closely with the founder and get hands-on exposure to Sales, client acquisition, business development, marketing and overall business growth.

Since we're still in the growth stage, we're looking for someone willing to take ownership of the tasks, meet people, learn quickly and be actively involved in the business rather than simply being assigned tasks.

The initial earning structure is fixed + performance-driven, with earnings directly connected to the business you generate. As the company grows, there is scope for the role, responsibilities and earning potential to grow as well.

I'm particularly interested in freshers who are ambitious, proactive, comfortable communicating with people and genuinely curious about how a business is built.
