I applied to a school that is very ideal for me, I live fairly close to it and I really want to secure this school as I feel like it’s such a great fit for me.

I applied for this school on open market, then emailed the principal immediately after, I introduced myself attached my resume and cover letter. That was last week haven’t heard anything back. What now?
