Passed D336 in ~ 8hours
Woke up today on the last day of my term, opened D336 for the first time and realized it was a Certification class and not a WGU proctored exam. Crap, quickly request a voucher and email the class instructor group. Luckily, they approved it, logged into the 3rd party test site to create my account. Luckily, x2 they had a proctored slot open today after work. Studied while at work for a while. Got home and took the test: scored 80%

so i also watched it, twice. The first watch i took notes of about 80% of what was on each slide and made sure to pay attention to the called out key points. the second watch i read along with my notes.
If you have a solid week you should be able to pass this class with 0 IT knowledge. I have 10 years in IT in various industries so not a lot of the concepts where foreign to me.
