What mods do you guys like to play with. Well known or not.

I have started a slave run in rebirth and I’ve made a few friends. However, only my two human Greenlanders were able to make it out while the rest are forced to stay behind. I cannot get them out whatsoever. I’ve tried disguises, sneaking, assassination and just fighting through the front gate and running, however, none of this has worked for any other race by my humans, so my plan is to liberate rebirth. I have made an alliance with the Flaotsam ninjas however I cannot seem to find their patrols to help me with my quest so. I wonder what is my course of action in order to succeed in my plan?

I understand a lot of the ancient buildings overtime, becoming weaker and crumbling however, with buildings like in Bast. how do those buildings crumble? No nation has access to siege weapons in the game so there’s no physical force that could be done to bring down these buildings there’s also no explosives so how are these buildings being brought down?

I have 15 people with decent armor and low to mid stats in melee, what should I consider when traveling through the cannibal lands?
