I also can't do turns.. Any tips?

This morning was one of those 'quit your job' type situations. Glassy, light offshore, forgiving, 2 people out, rainbows in the back spray, waist to head high waves, few pits (see video).

Tail pad is really starting to tear off.. what's the best type of glue to use? I have cheap super glue, hot glue gun and shoe goo on hand..
