Should DHL or Grailed have sent him a message or email about the import duties? I’m trying to explain that he can pay the import duties on the DHL website, but he’s saying they never sent him a link or any notification telling him he needed to pay. I don’t have any idea what’s the pov of a buyer in grailed so please enlighten me

the item i just sold has been stuck with dhl for 5 days because the buyer hasn’t paid for the import duties. I already reminded him to pay for it. now i feel like he doesn’t want to pay for it lol. anyone with a similar situation?
