Tried to register multiple times, still couldn't register.

When I'm about to complete the application it shows application with this digilocker credentials already exists.

Tried to get the registration number from the portal. Entered the names various times using the permutation combinations in my father's initials. Still I couldn't get the registration number. I still don't know if I've registered for this already.

I feel like life's falling apart.🥺
