Dryer messed up shirt print

Google said this would be a good sub for this but if not I’ll go elsewhere!

Anyway, I got this shirt from one of those little tourist shops and usually the shirts I’ve always gotten have been fine but the dryer tore this one up for some reason. The print is coming off a lot in the middle and coming up some at the sides. I’ve only worn it once… is there anyway to fix it??

Bleeding Changes - Mental Health Advice

Hello! (Scroll to the last paragraph if you don’t want to hear me ramble about the last year LMAO)

History: So I (F23) got the implant in January of 2025, prior to that I was on the shot for a couple years and never had a single period on the shot or my first year on nexplanon. I’d been pretty happy with my experience on nexplanon up until very recently.

This past January I started getting brown spotting for like three or four days out of nowhere and it scared the crap out of me. I took a couple pregnancy tests and googled a bunch of stuff and it eventually went away for a few weeks but then it came back. And went away for a few weeks… and then came back. Always lasting about 3-4 days.

I was pretty fed up with it so after a couple months I scheduled an appointment with my gynecologist in March. We did a Pap smear and everything came back normal. He said what I was describing sounded normal and he wasn’t worried.

Well recently, the last couple months it’s started getting worse. Now it lasts 4-5 days, constantly occurring around every 23-27 days (I’ve been tracking it since March), it’s not just brown oxidized blood but full on period blood like I’m having a light period (Ive been on birth control for so long that I haven’t fully had a period like this in like 2 years and the time before that was when I was like 17). I’m thinking about calling my gynecologist again to update him on the changes but what I’m really asking for is mental health advice around it all.

Advice Request: My boyfriend (21) and I are sexually active about once, occasionally twice, a week. We always use a condom and most of the time he also pull out. But every single time this happens I get insanely scared that I must be pregnant. It genuinely eats at me for a day or two after it starts and I cannot let it go. I know the chances of it are so slim but I don’t live in a state that’s safe for pregnant women so it genuinely terrifies me for a solid few days or until I take a test. It’s been really hard to accept that bleeding changes are normal and that the implant is still working and that everything is okay. My boyfriend and I are leaving for vacation tomorrow and I feel like I’m going to be so out of it and anxious the whole time. I’d really appreciate hearing some advice or people with similar stories/ fears
