2025 Sorento PHEV EX
The climate/media control touch bar isn’t registering any touches. I’ve done the reset next to the control knob and it worked once. Is this a known issue? I’m going to disconnect the battery and hope that works later.
I’ve only had the car about 5 weeks and don’t want to have to take it to the dealer for something like this unless I have to. Anyone else been able to fix something like this?
Getting this 2025 Plug In EX delivered to me tomorrow morning. Excited to get rid of the 2015 Subaru Legacy that has lasted me over 8 years and 120,000 miles. It’s the only one for sale within 100 miles of where I’m at (Midwest) and I still managed a decent deal on it, I think.
Any tips or things I should do once I get it?
I’ve never leased before. This is before any haggling. Is it a decent starting point for a Sorento Hybrid EX?
I’m in Michigan and the car is in Chicago.
I’ve been staring at a used 2024 PHEV that is $28,000 with 41,000 miles for a couple of weeks. I’ve scoured this subreddit and done plenty of googling. I know they’ve had their issues, and seem to (on occasion) still have them.
My only question is that with this one having over 40k miles, could most of the issues be behind it? Or am are most of them ahead of the car? What have people seen at the 50,000+ mark?
I understand it’s technically impossible to know and I know things will inevitably go wrong the longer it’s drove. I need a third row for our family and I drive 50 miles round trip to work 6 days a week. It seems like the perfect fit for what I’m looking for, but I’m hesitant with it being a 2024.
I’ve got Bo Jackson, CJ Spiller and just pulled Jeremiyah Love. I’m probably keeping Jackson at starter, but do I put Love or Spiller as the backup? Which do you all prefer?
