A profitable automotive accessories e-commerce brand focused on design-led products for car enthusiasts is seeking acquisition interest at a €150,000 asking price via Mabya
Launched in 2024, the Shopify-based business generated €188,000 in trailing twelve-month revenue and €88,000 in net profit, valuing the company at 0.8x revenue and 1.7x profit. The company operates on an asset-light dropshipping model supported by a long-term supplier relationship.
Growth has been driven primarily through organic content across social platforms, including more than 235,000 YouTube subscribers and 87,000 TikTok followers. The business also reports an email subscriber base of over 21,000 users.
The listing notes that paid advertising has not yet been significantly scaled, positioning the company as a potential growth play within the automotive e-commerce sector. Four buyers have reportedly already expressed interest.

CDP Venture Capital SGR is Italy’s national venture capital asset manager and one of the largest VC platforms in Europe. It was created in 2020 as part of Italy’s effort to strengthen the country’s startup and innovation ecosystem through public-private capital. The company is owned 70% by CDP Equity (part of Italy’s state development bank system) and 30% by Invitalia, the Italian government’s development agency.

Eurpean startup funding shows strong concentration in a few major hubs in April 2026.
Germany leads by a wide margin with €4.16B, followed by the United Kingdom at €3.07B. Sweden also stands out with €1.98B, driven by several large-scale growth rounds.
France remains a major ecosystem player with €1.34B, while Lithuania is boosted significantly by a single large outlier round, reaching €882M.
