Dry eyes
Which eye drops are you using for dry eyes?

Has anyone else experienced low platelet counts? Mine has dropped significantly from June till now. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
Has anyone flared from redlight therapy??
When and how did you find out that you were floxed? I only recently discovered it after months of going from doctor to doctor without getting a proper diagnosis. The doctors seem to have no clue and all my tests have come back normal.
It was a real shock to read and hear all of your stories, and it’s heartbreaking to see so many of you struggling every day. I truly hope and pray that all of us find the right help, support, and healing that we so desperately need.
I was floxed last year but my symptoms started showing up earlier this year. What basic tests should I consider getting to check for any effects of fluoroquinolone toxicity?
It looks like MCAS but in my case things are much more complicated.
I recently got a small cut on my finger, and I feel like it’s taking unusually long to heal. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
Fluoroquinolone toxicity ("getting floxed") can leave individuals hypersensitive to electromagnetic fields (EMF), often triggering severe histamine flares or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)-like symptoms through a three-step biological cascade: Fluoroquinolone Pre-Sensitization: Fluoroquinolones damage mitochondria (reducing their ability to buffer calcium), block calming GABA receptors (driving nervous system overdrive that destabilizes mast cells), and deplete magnesium (the body's natural calcium-channel blocker). This leaves mast cells on a "hair-trigger." EMF-Induced Calcium Influx: Strong EMF exposure activates Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels (VGCCs) on cell membranes, flooding cells with calcium ions (\text{Ca}^{2+}). Mast Cell Degranulation & Flare: Because damaged mitochondria cannot absorb this sudden calcium influx, intracellular calcium spikes past threshold. Mast cells immediately degranulate, releasing massive amounts of histamine and cytokines, leading to symptoms like flushing, racing heart, hives, and brain fog. This overlap is further amplified by Toxicant-Induced Loss of Tolerance (TILT) and small fiber neuropathy, which lowers pain and sensory thresholds. Clinical management generally focuses on stabilizing mast cells (e.g., via H1/H2 antihistamines or Quercetin) and supporting cellular recovery rather than solely avoiding external exposures.
Has anyone experienced severe gastrointestinal cramping along with debilitating pain in the glutes, legs, back, and hands, as well as brain fog, headaches, heaviness, and numerous other symptoms? What’s most frustrating is that it’s persistent and seemingly unrelenting. I have also developed new intolerances to foods and supplements that I had tolerated perfectly well for years.
