Has anyone had shipping issues with Hers?
I changed my prescription June 8. My order has not shipped. I’ve gone back and forth with support. Was told June 23 my due to a technical glitch my order had been cancelled. Fine whatever it happens. I was told my order would be filled and I would receive an email once it was shipped and out for delivery and it takes 2-5 business days.
I’m disappointed with their lack of communication. Not sure if this is a one off thing and I drew the short straw or if this is a common issue.
