Do professionals ever re-record vocals because they can’t remove the lip noise during vocal recording?

Also, even at the professional level, is it common not to remove every single lip noise, as long as it’s not noticeable in the final mix?

How do professional engineers usually deal with this?

Do most people use iZotope RX for it?

Or do they manually edit/cut the waveform one by one?
