Scratched dashboard

Recently bought a used 2023 cx-50 premium plus. The previous owner was not kind to the dashboard and in a certain light you can see these light scuffs all over it. Is there any way to fix these or cover them up? The interior of the rest of the car is leather if that matters. This dashboard doesn’t feel like a hard plastic, it slightly gives to the touch.
