Package lost for +17 days and support does nothing.
Hi all, just wanted to share my experience with the support to be aware.
I bought a Secretlab MAGNUS Pro desk with the riser, the headphone hanger, the Secretlab Cable Management Bundle XL and the Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (DUAL) version. I had 5 packages 3 of them expected by 22 june and 2 of them expected to 23 june.
I received all of the packages expect 1 which contains the dual arms expected to arrive in 23 june (like I said all the packages from 22 june and the other package from 23 june were received).
I messaged them via their contact support email and so far I'm only receiving a generic automated response every 2 days saying that they will update me as soon as they receive more information which seems like never happens. The package company was UPS. I don't blame Secretlab because is not their fault that UPS lost the package however I blame them for their poorly support experience.
After this I will not buy again anymore from them which is sad because I'm enjoying the desk so far. And if they don't put a resolution for this I will have to contact to my country Consumer Protection Agency.
