I've already done a substantial amount of research on a lot of apartments and have narrowed it down to a list of 5 spots I plan on visiting in person.
I already did a solid amount of vetting on them, but does anyone know of any major red flags or things I should be aware of? Here is the list:
Chamblee City Heights, Chamblee
The Grove Chamblee, Chamblee
The Pointe at Lenox Park, Brookhaven
Gables Century Center, Chamblee
Camden Dunwoody, Dunwoody
Absolutely mind boggling
Super excited to be moving to ATL. I'll be working in Chamblee and when I visited it seemed like a super nice place, but I'm not sure how good it is for a 27 year old single male. Any suggestions about where I should live? I don't think Midtown would be a good fit for me personally but I do want to live in/near a place with other young people.
Budget is flexible for a 1bd/1ba apt.
