Help with prophecies campaign

I’m finding this campaign a little harder to follow than the 2 sequels, in nightfall and factions I just kinda follow the “primary quests” since arriving in old ascalon I cannot find any primary quests, is this even a feature or is it more just a case of roaming the map exploring and discovering lore as you go? Any advice would be appreciated. I feel like I just need to run through this campaign properly with at least 1 character!

Can you flag hero’s on mobile?

I can’t figure it out on my own, does anybody know if it’s possible to flag hero’s on Mobile? Would really help me if I could position them when I need to

I’m stuck in the middle of a very awkward fraud situation right now and need advice

Long story short my partners ex created a credit card in her name maxed it out at £3000 got a tip from one of his older victims apparently he’s done this to multiple girls he’s the real life tinder swindler, she reported him to the police they took his phone said there was no evidence, there’s cctv of him buying items in CEX, anyway the police just had no intention of wasting their Time with this case the other girls some of them had far worse thousands and thousands each time the most I’m aware of was £20000, the bank is fully aware of the situation but he recently had 20 soft searches appear on her clear score multiple attempts at new credit cards finance loans etc he’s really starting to wind me up, none of them have been successful as she’s already been a victim of fraud but I’m worried he’s going to be successful if he keeps being this persistent and trying his luck, he is now in a relationship with a new girl under a new profile with a fake name this man thrives of fraud and scamming unsuspecting girls, does anybody know what I can do in this situation because I’m really stuck all I have is his mums Adress and I feel like having a word and it getting heated but I’d like a more sensible legal approach
