Since all characters from this graphic will be released with patch 1.4, we should expect new graphics.
It's strange that there is no mecha idol girl in this graphic.
We only know that Proxy will appear in the next six months, so this time they could show the whole look and not just the shadows of the silhouettes.

There were two events announced in the Devlogs that haven't happened yet. Will they be available now or will we have to wait for another patch?
Recently I predicted that Zhuang Fangyi would be able to apply Electrification quickly enough for Arclighte to use 3s CS, and I wanted to think about what Li Zhiyan's kit could look like based on the information we currently have.
From the IGN trailer, we can see that she will be using an Arts Unit, which can be seen at the ends of her floating cannons.
Since Zhuang Fangyi's main Attribute is Will, I'm assuming Li Zhiyan's main Attribute will be Intellect. We already have a standard Intellect-based Arts Unit focused on damage, but it doesn't really fit any of the current characters (except maybe Perlica or Zhuang Fangyi if you really want to force it).
Because she uses an Arts Unit and appears to be damage-focused, I expect her class to be Caster, similar to Perlica.
Most people assume that her Element will be Nature because we're currently lacking any dedicated Nature DPS, and I agree. While her color palette could hint at Cryo, HG doesn't always align a character's design colors with their actual Element, so I wouldn't take that as proof.
It's very possible that, like Perlica, she will apply Arts Infliction through BS and apply Arts Reaction through CS [or vice versa]. There's also a chance that her Ultimate will be able to apply one of these effects as well, since she's a 6★ unit and those usually have more complex kits. She could also get Nature Amp or some other smaller utility effect. Since Oblivion increases Crit Rate, she might receive Crit Rate and Crit Damage buffs through her skills.
She might also end up synergize extremely well with Gilberta, with most of her damage centered around a short Ultimate window that fits perfectly into Gilberta’s buff duration. Her Ultimate could also have very fast uptime to keep up with that pacing, or at least try to match it.
I also have a feeling 13th SUI Proxy might end up being for the Nature team what Zhuang Fangyi is for the Electric team, essentially a unit that consumes and scales off what Li Zhiyan applies.
If that scenario plays out, Flourite could have a strong early role in the composition, with Xaihi also contributing thanks to her Nature Amp Ultimate. That said, I fully expect Flourite to eventually be replaced by vanguard, especially given how SP-hungry the team composition appears to be.
Moving on to Gear, she'll most likely get an entirely new set, but there's also a chance that it will only be new pieces added to an existing set.
For example, Hot Work grants +50% Nature DMG, so it could be a good fit for her. Some of the existing pieces might already work, depending on their secondary Attribute. My guess is that she'll use Will, but HG could make things more difficult when it comes to mixing and matching existing pieces by giving her Agility instead, since there isn't much suitable Gear for that outside of Yvonne and Vanguard sets.
