I fought for ragdolls and free flowing combos for 8 Years in a row. I have them back now.

Lets talk Ground game for UFC 6 changes to the current system. Lets be real here... EA wont fix the mechanics for 6.

I would appreciate some long time ground guys, who really only go for TDs, preferly since, UFC 1 or 2 ideas and opinions here. Cause I really don't grapple much, unless you make me. I can tho... Don't get it mistaken. Imo UFC 2 and 1 were the most dangerous ones.

So the most Important thing that really needs attention, and I can't stress this enough... The GnP and finish the Fight on the ground. We are all used to the mechanics. The GnP is the Problem. They wont change, the core mechanics of the game for 6.

How About?

- Speeding the strikes up. Make them faster, less predictable? Would that work?

- On 3 and 4 during covid, I created some YT Channels to sim fights, people liked it. With the Slider I turned grappling speed up very high. It made the GG more realistic. Resulted in more scrambles and higher stamina loss when grappling defensively, but the TD were really easy to get for guys like Khamzat and Khabib. Might be good for good grapplers. It was OP tho.

- No kind of auto pull down, that's the most frustrating thing ever. Only long Term low stamina should BE an Auto pull down. Short term No, No.

- Movement on the ground. there Is a D Pad that is not being used. Could easily be a movement Button for the ground. When both press in the same Direction it goes faster. different Direction slow or stuck opposite. Just an Idea Ive had rn. D pad can be used.

- One for me. Finishing the Fight either after the KO/Knockdown needs to be better. Honestly UD3 has absolutely by far the best follow up strikes. Its so brutal and realistic.

If anything of that has been changed on 5 already, Idk, I didnt buy the game.

Thoughts? What would you do?
