Hey mods — DEAD Gaming (aka DEAD Syndicate) is a multi-game outlaw community running active divisions across Star Citizen, Albion Online, EVE Echoes, Call of Duty Mobile, Diablo 4, Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Warframe, and more, all under one Discord. Culture's voice-comms and camaraderie, beer-and-banter, zero sweaty gatekeeping.

We're looking for volunteer Moderators and Senior Leaders to help run our game divisions. This is unpaid, but if you're after real leadership reps across a bigger org (not just one server), it's a solid one to add to the resume.

What Mods do:

• Keep the division active — greet new members, spark conversation, keep channels alive
• Hold the culture — enforce rules, shut down toxicity, keep it fun and drama-free
• Run the fun — help organize game nights, ops, and events
• Recruit & retain — bring players in and give them reasons to stay
• Bridge to leadership — flag issues and share member feedback
• Moderate voice and text comms

Senior Leaders go further — building the roster, setting the schedule, mentoring mods, and shaping their game's direction inside DEAD.
