We're moving to Edmonton next year. Leaning towards a new build in the areas of Sherwood Park, Cambrian, Fraser, SE (like Aster, Maple, etc.) areas. Would like to hear feedback from others on how the smell might differ from Cambrian vs. the rest of Sherwood Park, or any other considerations we should think of. Feedback on the other areas we are considering would also be appreciated.

Been on sema since January. SW 168. CW 142. Someone in my team asked me if I had lost weight. I said yes, and sheepishly smiled. She said" you've lost a lot of weight. And I'm not the only one who has noticed." Made my day!! My husband has noticed and comments all the time. But this is the first time someone at work has mentioned anything. 🙂
Anyone else receive this email two days ago? Not a ton of context. I'm concerned as I have recurring deposits into my children's RESPs and rebalancing of my TFSA. This is a significant hit to my portfolio that I never used to have to pay.
