Mental benefits

I'm a 19-year-old male, 180cm (5'10"), 86kg (190 lbs), around 15% body fat, with a testosterone level of nearly 700ng. For the last 2 months I've been at the lowest and worst point of my life in every way you can imagine. I never used to believe in depression, but it's definitely real. (especially those related to self-harm) I'm experiencing things like lack of desire, weakness, no energy, and no source of motivation, which are among the symptoms. I know these are things that are "in my head" and things I can fix, but I want to make a good start to get out of the lowest point of my current life. And from what I've researched, there are people who use TRT purely for its mental benefits and whose lives have changed. I need your advice and suggestions on this — like which type of testosterone I should use, how much I should take, what protective medications I should include, and whether I'd regret adding HCG later, I live in Türkiye, and therefore, what difficulties might I encounter in finding medication, getting help when I go to the doctor, and carrying it while traveling? etc.

I just had a checkup done and there wasn't a single issue in my bloodwork (I used to have significant iron deficiency, but I've slowly started correcting it).I don't have a serious erectile dysfunction problem, but my erections feel like they're not at 100% and they don't last long. I look more mature than my peers (people thought I was 25), and I can't exercise regularly because it sometimes takes me a week to recover.
